The KKT login system allows users to set their username and password. Multiple members should not share a single username for security purposes. You will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that transpire on or within your account. It will be your responsibility to notify KKT chillers, Inc. immediately if your notice any unauthorized access or use of your account or password or any other breach of security. KKT will not be held liable for any loss and/or damage arising from any failure to comply with this policy.
Neither we, nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the suitability of the materials found or offered on this Website for any particular purpose. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this Website meet your specific requirements. Although KKT attempts to provide accurate information, images, pictures, logos, icons and materials on this site, it makes no representation, endorsement, or warranty that such contents are accurate.
Points are earned on parts only; chiller sales, tax and shipping and handling charges are excluded. Maximum point redemption per order is 25% of the total purchase before tax and shipping and handling. Example: A $100 part purchase allows a maximum redemption of 25 Ca$h dollars. KKT Ca$h expires after 1 year. Refunds will be reduced by the value of KKT Ca$h earned when purchased.
Availability information accessed pursuant to this site is based on end-of-day inventory of the previous business day. Availability is subject to change at any time. Purchases outside of Illinois – KKT chillers, Inc. does not collect sales or use tax for items shipped to states outside of Illinois. It is the users’ responsibility to determine if sales or use tax are due and to remit such tax to the appropriate jurisdiction on a timely basis.
Illinois Sales Tax and Exemptions – Users purchasing from KKT that will be shipped within Illinois will incur Illinois state sales tax which will be added to their invoice. If the purchaser claims their purchases are exempt from sales tax for any reason, they must provide valid documentation to KKT before sales tax will be removed from transaction. Transactions exempt for resale purposes must provide valid resale certificate. Transactions exempt for governmental or non-profit use must provide state exemption letter and payment must be made directly from exempt organization. Transactions paid by employees or contractors for future reimbursement by exempt organizations will not qualify as exempt transactions from KKT; rather only transactions where exemption letter from state is provided AND payment is made directly by the exempt organization. Shipping Policy/ Miscellaneous Fees
Same day shipping of orders must be received prior to 3PM CST for standard and prior to 2PM CST for truck freight. Orders that require same day shipping and are approved after cutoff times will incur additional fees. Please confirm your delivery requirements as certain restrictions may apply.
When placing your order, you will need to select your state and city/zip code and “radio” buttons will appear after calculating the shipping. For any shipping requests not represented by the drop-down, please call Customer Service at 847-734-1600 to place your order.
Cancellations of Orders Prior to Shipment
The Purchaser may call to cancel an order prior to pick-up by designated shipper at KKT. In such cases, a refund will be processed that reflects 15% less of full amount for a handling charge.
All returns, replacements, technical services and support shall be handled by the KKT Technical Support Group. Call 833-558-4357 for assistance.
Before any item can be returned, Purchaser must obtain a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA Number) from KKT and reference this number on return shipping documents. Returns made without the RGA Number may be returned to purchaser, freight collect. Please visit the Returns page to fill out a RGA request form.
Defective or Incorrect Products
We are committed to ensuring that all of our products are delivered as ordered. If any incorrect items are received or items are received in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately (within 10 days of delivery) to receive an RGA number. Upon return, we will immediately replace the damaged or incorrect portion of your order.
Products Ordered in Error
Product returns for items ordered in error are subject to the discretion of KKT and will incur a minimum restocking charge. The Customer Service Team will advise Purchaser of the restocking charge and provide Purchaser with an RGA Number if appropriate. KKT will not grant credit for: (1) Products which have since been discontinued or purchased more than 30 days prior, (2) Products supplied as an accommodation, (3) Products not purchased from KKT, (4) Products which are outdated, shelf-worn, used or defaced and, therefore, unsuitable for return to stock and resale as new, (5) Products that have been shipped outside the United States or (6) Shipping costs associated with items ordered in error.
Products are under warranty for a period of 90 days from order date. Defective parts within the warranty period must be returned, shipping prepaid to KKT chillers, Inc. Normal outgoing surface transportation charges for domestic shipments only, will be paid by KKT chillers, Inc.
